PHONE SCAMS!

so i'm looking at my account, and i'm looking at my signed contract. it doesn't seem to add up. i call up customer service and the reprasentative looks at my account memo-log and notices something fishy going on. turns out i was wrongfully charged an activation fee for a new account that i didn't need, and i was robbed of my existing phone number.

nice one fellas.

lesson learned:

don't EVER trust cellular phone salesmen. if you sense somthing fishy is going on, go on your instincts. do your research before you are about to sign any contract. seems like common sense, doesn't it?
